Spears
Sports. Tucson. Is there a greater combination than both? I’ve been lucky enough to call Tucson home for my entire life and sports have been a part of it for the whole ride. After growing up on the east side of Tucson becoming a proud Cienega Bobcat alumnus, I graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. Since then, I’ve worked as a reporter and digital content producer covering Arizona Wildcats football and basketball for the Arizona Daily Star, where I write daily stories, produce and edit podcasts, monitor The Wildcaster app, post videos and handle the Star’s sports social media accounts. Since 2018, ESPN Tucson has blessed me with an opportunity to serve the Tucson community the latest sporting news in Arizona coupled with unique banter. Despite the hiatus, we’re ready to rock and roll, Southern Arizona!
